Fix the Gut
Make an impact by taking these 4 actions...
Go gluten and dairy free.
Eighty percent of kids on the spectrum who do this have a change in behaviors, just from taking these items out of their diets. Beware of GF products that use a lot of preservatives. Try to eat as clean (pesticide, GMO and preservative-free) as possible.
if you have a picky eater. Zinc can make taste buds work better so your child will try more varieties of foods.
Of course, as with any supplement please be sure to do this with the guidance of a health practitioner because your child may need other vitamins or minerals with the zinc.
The right microbes can make a huge difference. One of the first steps I usually take is adding a good probiotic or sauerkraut. We recommend Just Thrive Probiotics, but start with only a tiny amount from the capsule the first day and add a little bit more each day it's given.
Repair the gut lining.
We also love ION*Biome (formerly Restore), which helps to repair the gut lining. Again, start with a drop and build up from there.
